Return or replace items

You have a 7 days period since the reception of the order to return the product. To do so, you should send us an email to store@haloheadband.eu telling us the reason of the return. 

  • If the return is because we have made a mistake, you should send us the product to our offices. Once we receive the product and verify you are right we will send you the right product immediately. Obviously Haloheadband will take care of the shipping costs.
  • If you simply don´t like the product we will refund you the amount you have previously paid and we will transfer the amount paid for the product into your bank account, only if the product remains intact and the laberly intact too. Otherwise we will not be able to accept the return
  • If you want to change it for another product we will send to you the new product and you will pay only the shipping costs.

Warranty

Our products have one year warranty against manufacturer defects. If after 15 days of reception of the order you identify a warranty defect you should send us an email to halo@haloheadband.eu telling us the details of the claim and send us the item to the address we will specify. We will keep you posted about the status of your claim at all times.
