Shipping Terms

We currently accept orders from all countries in the European Union.You will receive your order within 5-7 working days from the day you have placed the order (3 working days if you are based in Spain).

The shipping costs will be free for orders above 40€ in Spain and 60€ in the rest of European countries, except UK. Shipping costs for orders below the mentioned amounts will be disclosed before you proceed to do the payment. In both cases, refund or return costs are not included.

The possible customs expenses/DUA for outside European Union countries, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla will always be borne by the recipient.

Please make sure the address is correct and we will make sure you start sweating with Halo Headband soon.

Return or replace items

You have 7 days since the reception of the order to return the product. Also, the 7 is not showing up correctly. To do so, you should send us an email to halo@haloheadband.eu telling us the reason of the return, otherwise we will not be able to accept the return.

If the return is because we have made a mistake, you should send us the product to our offices. Once we receive the product and verify you are right we will send you the right product immediately. Obviously www.haloheadband.online will take care of the shipping costs.

Warranty

Our products have one year warranty against manufacturer defects. If you identify a warranty defect you should send us an email to halo@haloheadband.eu telling us the details of the claim and send us the item to the address we will specify. We will keep you posted about the status of your claim at all times.
